- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp Salt

- 1/2 Cup Pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

- 1/2 Cup Slivered almonds

- 2 Tbsp Chia seeds

- 1/4 Cup Coconut oil

- 2 Tbsp Creamy peanut butter [Amazon Link]

- 1/2 Cup Maple syrup [Amazon Link]

Instructions:

1. Heat your oven to 300 degrees and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.

3. Add in the flax, chia seeds, pepitas, and almonds. Stir until well mixed.

4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil, peanut butter, and maple syrup. Stir into the dry ingredients until well mixed.

5. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

6. Stir the granola and then bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

7. If you prefer chunky granola, press it together a little bit on the pan.

8. Let it cool completely on the pan and then DEVOUR!
